INCDBNA will type format the papers before printing; the only requirement is that the size of the tables and figures must not exceed the page width.

On the other hand, for a smoother reviewing, the authors are asked to observe the instructions bearing on the scientific content of the papers. Otherwise, the reviewers may ask major changes in the papers, which will double the time for reviewing.

When sending the papers, the authors and co-authors should also send the agreement for publishing / copyright transfer at fax (0040-21-3512080), e-mail (scan with the original signature) or by regular mail.

The reviewing process is anonymous; the papers are sent to three reviewers, at least one of them being from abroad. The decision of publishing requires the favourable evaluation of at least two reviewers and the (possible) revision of the papers as suggested by the reviewers.
